Our Story
Mikro Salati was created to make fresh, locally grown microgreens easier to enjoy at home and in professional kitchens.
Microgreens are young, tender greens harvested early, when they are full of colour, flavour, and freshness. They are simple to use, beautiful on the plate, and a great way to add something fresh to everyday meals.
We grow in small batches and focus on quality, consistency, and careful handling from seed to harvest.
